Welcome to the Patagonia Pictures Page
This trip was on Saturday (November 28th) after Thanksgiving. There were three Jeeps that went on this trip. Since this was my first ride to Patagonia, I hadn't bought the 4Runner but I was going to find that it only took one trip to be bitten by the bug. On this run was Scott Stace's ('93 YJ), Earl's ('95 YJ, lifted and locked) and Jeff's ('95 YJ). The trails were in the mountains just north of Patagonia. We named a mine trailing hill that was extremely slippery after Earl since he walked up it like it was nothing, then proceeded to come down the steepest, most difficult path of decent. By the was Earl was 80 and spends 20 days out of the month 4wheelin'. I hope I have 1/2 his spunk and 1/2 his age!

Scott climbing one of the numerous challenging
hills along the trail. Lots of loose dirt and gravel.<grin>.
The second trip to Patagonia I had just purchase my '86 Toyota 4Runner. This was a weekend trip where Saturday was spent hanging out at the Patagonia State Park camping area and Sunday was spent exploring Forest Service Road 72. Besides myself there was Jeff in his '95 YJ and Scott with his '93 YJ. My passenger was Aaron, a friend from my church and "little brother". Mike and his wife brought their kids and their plush camper and they spent the day with us exploring on Sunday. Ian also came with us with his stock Jeep for his 1st off-road experience. Great fun was had by all.
This is Brittney, one of Mike's three wonderful daughters. She was
my copilot and navigator on this run.

After the Alternator went in the 4Runner on
the way back from the 1st Patagonia trip, we spent Saturday and part of Sunday fixing it.
This was finishing up the coolant system. This is where I 1st acquired the CB
handle "LowVolt", after 2 standard alternators I finally purchased a customer
110amp alternator to run the lights I just recently installed.
